Dr. Jan Anderson
Hello! I am the sole veterinarian at Stoney Trail Veterinary Clinic. I have been practicing for 26 years and bring a wealth of experience to the team of health experts taking care of your pets. I began my career here in Calgary in some large and progressive small animal clinics. From 1986 to 1994, I practiced in Vermilion, Alberta where I did both large animal and small animal veterinary work. My family then returned to sunny Southern Alberta where I worked in various veterinary clinics in Calgary, in addition to the Calgary Humane Society. In 2001, my youngest daughter was off to school and I persued my dream of opening my own small animal veterinary practice. I have met so many wonderful pets and their owners since working here in Valley Ridge and plan to be here for years to come! I have six wonderful children ranging in age from 12 to 21 years old. I have an ageing ARF Rescue dog, Hershey, and two CHS adoption cats, Halle Boppe and Botchie. I love soccer, camping and hiking with my family and my wonderful partner, Terry. I feel very blessed.

Lindsay Clarke, AHT
I graduated from the Animal Health Technician (AHT) course at Olds College in 2001. I began my career here at STVC that same year. I have had the privilege of being part of this wonderful clinic since the day we opened our doors on October 1, 2001. I enjoy getting to know our clients and their pets and being part of the team to keep them healthy and happy.

I am married and have a beautiful 2 year old daughter, Jordyn. We also have a dog (Taigan) a Husky cross who keeps me busy with her health and behavior woes.

I look forward to my future here at STVC and continuing to help care for our wonderful patients.

Heidi Clouse
After spending 11 wonderful years on the west coast, I decided to move back to Calgary to further my education. I graduated from the University of Victoria with a degree in Biology, and I am now in the process of applying to the University of Calgary's new school of Veterinary Medicine. I began working at the clinic in early September 2008 and I am thoroughly enjoying learning all about the field.

I also waitress part time, but when I'm not working I love anything that has to do with health and fitness. I am an avid cyclist and runner, when the weather permits, I go to the gym regularly and I recently took up boxing.

I have 2 cats of my own; Kiya, my Super model is a 7 year old female, and Damon, 6 months, is an energetic, highly destructive, yet ever so charming MEOW foundation rescue cat. I love animals of all shapes and sizes and I look forward to getting to know all of those whom are patients at the clinic and helping with their health care needs.
